Industrial lots in vital northern growth corridor

Buyers have a rare chance to secure substantial new industrial sites in a strategic hub midway between Auckland and Whangārei served by major national highway upgrades.

The area’s long-term growth is set to step up another gear with the recent award of a public-private partnership contract to develop a new Warkworth-to-Te Hana expressway, including an interchange at Wellsford.

Blair says the location in Wellsford, a key regional centre at the crossroads of State Highways 1 and 16, is a key selling point.

Travel times between Wellsford and central Auckland have already been significantly reduced by the Puhoi-to-Warkworth extension of the Northern Motorway.
