Trudie Clarke

Lifestyle, Residential and Farm Sales

Trudie offers many years of experience giving her unparalleled expertise when it comes to marketing and selling a home for best result. Since becoming a real estate agent in the early 2000’s she has successfully transacted hundreds of properties.

A key part of her recipe for success is local knowledge. Born and raised in Mangatawhiri, Franklin, Trudie came from a market gardening background growing squash, sweet corn, cauliflower and cabbages. This grass roots association with Franklin means that Trudie knows the area like no other and what people look for when buying and selling homes. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes and lifestyle blocks are the other cornerstones to her strategy helping her to build a reputation for outstanding service.

Recognised for her integrity, commitment, hard work and creativity Trudie knows how to present a home to market for maximum result. She prides herself on giving her clients up to date information so they are always in a great position to make the best decisions.

In her spare time Trudie loves spending time with family including looking after grandchildren. She also enjoys beach hop, motor racing, camping, travel, mosaics and rock n roll dancing (she was a founding member of the Franklin Rockers rock n roll club in Pukekohe). Trudie is the vice president of the Pukekohe Cosmopolitan Club and part of the entertainment committee for the club.

Trudie’s background and experience in the rural sector has positioned her well to assist people with a wide variety of lifestyle and residential real estate transactions in Franklin.

Experience, offers a wealth of knowledge.
