Professionally, I boast a diverse skill set, ranging from trade qualifications in roofing and carpentry to personal training and football coaching. Having successfully owned two local businesses I combine my entrepreneurial spirit, trades background and knack for problem-solving to ensure successful outcomes.

Dion has been great to work with. As first home buyers it's been a big learning curve buying a home, but Dion has made the process so easy and enjoyable. Communication has been excellent, answering all questions, even in the weekends and evenings. Finding a house within our budget did prove to be difficult but Dion worked really hard to get a property over the line within budget and never pushed us financially. We worked with Dion Cameon in the summer of 2025 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Thanks in large part to Dion's local connections, he brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created more foot traffic and brought in serious interest. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. The Bayleys marketing team was great and helped promote our home far and wide. After receiving lots of interest, we ended up working with a wonderful out of town buyers. Dion was wonderful in keeping the transaction progressing and getting to close in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions and ensure we understood the entire process. We had a fantastic experience and he would definitely be our first call should we need a realtor in the future.
Our property was a unique one and involved a number of unknowns due to the location. Dion's approach resulted in a relatively quick sale and a good price. He has excellent interpersonal skills and always kept us well-informed.
